I know today was Tarot Tuesday. I wrote a post and didn’t finish it and found out accidentally that it was published accidentally. It was not ready to be published. I don’t know what happened. I did see Tucker at one point who lunges at me whenever he feels overjoyed to see me, so it’s probably his fault. 😀
Anyway, when I found out I deleted the post. It wasn’t finished anyway. Sorry not sorry.

The deleted post was about the Law of Attraction and manifestation as is often mentioned by tarot readers. I may or may not revisit this topic later. I like the principles of the Law of Attraction and I’m gaining a deeper understanding mainly because the tarot readers online are referencing it regularly. It’s intriguing to me, even though some people consider the entire topic a bunch of boogaloo. 🙃
Like I said, I may revisit another time.

Anyway, my day ran away from me today. I had a two hour meeting in the middle of the day and afterwards I had to pick something up at a specific time because covid doesn’t allow for walking-ins at certainly places and I had a time booked yada yada when will this godforsaken mess be over?
I got my item picked up a few minutes late and the sky didn’t fall so there’s that. 🎉🎊🪅
I finally got back to my laptop and was immediately tasked with a whole bunch of administrative stuff. Just got finished. That took over an hour as well, but now it’s done. Which led me to Medium to publish a post I’d written on and off throughout the day with my fingers into my phone.
The article is called How to improve your energy levels in just 4 days. It has a disclaimer at the bottom for anyone who wants to argue with me that I’m wrong and it doesn’t work for them. 😈
I don’t want to argue. I am simply writing about how eliminating sugar and white carbs in general has improved my energy levels, my moods, my stamina and my general disposition. It might give readers who struggle with cravings a positive nudge.
Trust me, if I can do it, so can anyone.
Sugar (chocolate, wine, white carbs) lead to serious cravings, especially during hormonal fluctuations in adolescence, pre/post pregnancy, lactating, midlife, perimenopause, menopause and, for all I know, in death too. 🙄
So basically throughout my entire life. Ugh.
THAT’S how dangerous sugar is. (Of course, I had no time to eat today and ended up having a tea with not one, but two slices of Farm Boy Gingerbread loaf and it was delicious! But tomorrow I’m going to curb my sugar intake, increase my protein and water intake, and will probably sleep better than I will tonight. Just sayin’… I got years of experience with this issue.)
