Nothingness and an update

The internet gods are mean to me. I hate them. πŸ™„

There are 2 laptops, 1 desktop, and 2 smart phones in this house and none of them seem to be able to get along with the wifi signals. πŸ€”

I had to learn how to use a hotspot on my phone. I now know what a hotspot is, and how to connect my laptop to it via my phone.

Do not ask me to explain it to you, I already forgot. πŸ™ƒ

But it allows me to type this idiocy for you, so you’re welcome. πŸ˜›

My mom is baking cookies and the whole house smells delicious.

Those cookie smells are distracting.

Spitzbuben (buttery shortbread with jam filling)
Msilanderli (a type of shortbread but more buttery) and Brunsli (flourless cocoa-almond cookie)
Zimt Sterne (cinnamon stars)

I started working on continuing the short, erotic story I began a few weeks ago called The challenge with Nick and Sabrina. You can read the first two chapters if you like to refresh your memory, and tune in to chapter 3 which I hope to have completed shortly.

If the internet gods stop hating me and/or the hotspot thingy works I will be able to publish my work. Likely I will release part of it on Patreon for free, and lock up the other part for my patrons.

I had an otherwise good morning today at my mom’s house. I have only one title today: daughter.

My mom cooks (and bakes cookies) while I sit and type. For dinner tonight we were planning on cooking up some manicotti, but then we got a call from my spouse that he and the kids and puppy won’t be joining us for dinner after all, one of the kids is feeling under the weather.

So, Saturday night will be spent with my mom and a heap of pasta. Ha.

  1. Wait. Northingness…or nothingness? Is that a typo, or the name of the Canadian town where your mom lives?

I have a theory about cookies. The harder to pronounce, the more delicious they are. I bet all of those are amazing.
