Coffee outside is how may day begins today.
I have a headache. Not a “I’m sick, I have covid” headache, more like a dull ache coming from my neck.
I wonder if having a massage with a mask will be as effective as it was before covid, without a mask…My person usually has the massage room filled with low light and a pleasant scent from some relaxing essential oils. Is this still going to be a thing now with mask wearing in indoor places? Are scents still something we can continue to enjoy under conditions like during a massage?
Anyway, I may wait a bit longer before returning for an appointment. Toronto is being prevented from moving into stage 3, although my mom’s region (a neighbouring community) will begin as of Friday (tomorrow). This means playgrounds, indoor spaces in restaurants (patios are already open), gyms… I hope people retain common sense. Last thing I want is to be like some States that have had to consider going back into lockdown. Ugh.
So to deal with the headache, I might do some stretching today after a hot shower, and some yoga poses. Perhaps the girl child will join me. Will have to go wake her up though. She’s still asleep at 9 am. πΆ
But first, coffee. I need at least two. ββ
I’m not sure which writing project to tackle today. I’m preoccupied with them all but I gotta finish one. Pick one and pour all my focus into it.
I’ll make a list and post it on the wall to remind me to remain focused. That is the best course of action I think for my scattered brain today.
What else?
Last night, we started a puzzle.
She made herself a little contraption out of an old cardboard box to hold her phone so she could listen to music videos (and watch them) while puzzling. So crafty! She began before dinner.
As you can see she picked the the Starry Night. We have two others as well: the Periodic Table and Cupcakes.
Only the cupcake one had been made to completion. I got completely immersed into that one a couple of Christmases ago.
Anyway, after dinner we moved the cardboard piece holding the puzzle onto the dining table so mom and I could join her. We started with corners and edges.
It’s HARD! π
But we made progress. If only Mr. Van Gogh knew how challenging his painting as a puzzle is, he’d turn in his grave! πΆ
Ok here I go. Don’t I look like a Pro? π
Happy Thursday. Who has something interesting happening today?
Oh a massage sounds lovely.

The exit from lockdown has been delayed in Belgium as well. Stage five was supposed to start in August, but that’s been cancelled and some of the restrictions have been tightened.
Hopefully they will get this under control without having to revert to another lockdown.
Good luck and drink plenty of coffee. Coffee solves everything π

If you consider the consideration to do laundry interesting then count me in!

I just finished mowing a large chunk of lawn, but I doubt that counts as interesting. But I did almost run over a mole, so thereβs that.

I want a person for massages also. I did make some breakfast keto cupcakes for us this morning. Just work, as usual and maybe some writing.
